Going through a divorce is difficult enough, but imagine having to live together AFTER the fact?A judge in Sevilla, Spain decided that a couple had to split their 2,700-square-foot apartment. In other words, he ordered them to continue living together in their home, along with their six and seven-year-old daughters despite their differences.

The judge called his decision the "lesser of two evils" as the couple plans on splitting the home by having the wife live upstairs, and the husband live downstairs--closer to his offices. He also decided his ruling according to the couple's financial problems caused by Spain's current difficult economic situation.

I would hate to have to see my ex's face every day, so I can't imagine how this couple must feel being stuck with each other. As a matter of fact, this isn't the first couple to end with a crazy divorce settlement. Check out five even zanier ones below!

Cambodian couple Moeun Sarim and Vat Navy decided to divorce after 18 years of marriage. In the divorce settlement, Sarim said he wanted half of the house. That resulted in him actually SAWING half of the house down with the help of relatives and left the other half with Navy.

An Australian man had bought his ex-wife a pet goat a year before their divorce. He gained custody of it during their divorce settlement while she took the dog. Sounds fair to me!

A disgruntled wife was expected to pay $50.12 during her divorce settlement. Instead of paying upfront with cash, she decided to leave $47.12 in pennies in three containers. She also left her ex-husband a note that read:

"Andy, Here's forty seven dollars and twelve cents in pennies, the other three dollars paid for the containers that I used. Receipt is included if you want to return them... I hope you have a fab life! B/C I know mine's 20X better without you in it! Thank you!"
