This is actually a lot more common than you'd think, especially among married couples. Believe it or not according to a study conducted by ukmedix.com, 62 percent of men in relationships turn down sex more than their female partners. Crazy right? See, chicas, men aren't always as sex-crazed as we make them out to be. So if your man really isn't having an affair, here are five reasons why he may not be sleeping with you!
He's stressed: Stress is one of the number one reasons why men stop having sex. A man who's stressed, especially at work, can find the pressure of performing in the bedroom stressful too. Assure him that sex is a time to relax and unwind by giving him a few ego boosters (you know they love that) and by not being afraid to take initiative. Reversing the power roles during sex every here and there can make a big difference.
He's tired of the routine: You both get home from work, you put the kids to bed, and then you have sex at night in your bed. Boring! Sometimes men get tired of the same old, same old. Turn things up a little by getting down at different hours of the day (if possible). Try leaving the little ones with abuela for a change and have sex in the kitchen like you used to!
He's sick: Believe it or not certain medical problems or even chronic physical conditions can lower a man's sex drive, like diabetes, cancer, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, and even thyroid disorders. Certain medications as well as anti-depressants can also reduce blood flow to the body, including the genitals which can lead to low libido.
He's fat: Your man's obesity problem might be getting in the way of you guys getting down and dirty. Apparently testosterone can get lost in belly fat. Who would have known right? Try encouraging him to get to a gym--in a nice way of course!
He's watching porn: If your man been spending a lot of time watching unrealistic looking women in pornos that might be why he's lost his desire to sleep with you. Before you decided to disable his accounts, try sitting down and talking to him about it. There might be a bigger issue going on.
