Brilliant woman tried to hide $5,000 in her butt, almost died

If I ever stole $5,000 dollars, I learned from Tennessee native Christie Black that storing it in your butt is not the best hiding place. The 43-year-old woman had reportedly stolen cash from her boyfriend Bobby Gully who set up the trap one night. The man had used a bag to place two separate envelopes containing a total of $5,000, plus drugs that contained morphine and oxycodone.

What tipped him that Black had stolen the cash is not too surprising as he found her vomiting her brains out the next morning. Eww!

The police report said that when Gully confronted his girlfriend over the missing money in the bag, she admitted that she had wrapped it up and stuck it up her butt. At this point Black was vomiting partially dissolved pills that had been stored in the bag.

Just why would Black do that if it meant risking her life? According to the New York Daily News, she was desperate for cash as she told police that Gully was ready to kick her out of his home. After being in severe enough pain, she unsuccessfully tried removing the cash stuck to her rectum, which you can imagine led to an emergency room visit. Doctors at Hawkins County Memorial Hospital claim that Black was severely bleeding, but they were able to remove the wad of cash. At least now she is in better condition, but she is facing theft charges.

I don't know what in the world made this lady thinking storing five grand in her butt was a good idea. I mean, wouldn't storing it in a pot in the kitchen or a car trunk be less painful? She could have thought this through but instead she ended up with a sore butthole and now most likely a ticket to prison.
