Dad uses intricate plot to torture & kill his daughter's rapist

man in the darkIn Northeast Delhi, a 36-year-old father, furious over the alleged rape of his 14-year-old daughter by a 45-year-old married man, invited the man to dinner and then tortured him to death. He then surrendered himself to the police and gave police a detailed account of how he tortured and murdered the man. He told police that he fed the man, tied him to a chair, burned the man's genitals using heated tongs and then strangled him to death.

Two months ago the alleged rapist, a medicine supplier, came calling at the home of the victim to see her father who was out and then proceeded to rape the minor. He then threatened the girl's life if she told anyone. She told her father the same day. However, her father did not tell anyone fearing "a bad name for his daughter." Instead, he waited and plotted and planned to exact his revenge until last week and he killed the bastard.

Granted the father premeditated the murder of this alleged rapist but, honestly, did he do anything any one of us wouldn't do in the same situation? Well, he didn't do anything that I wouldn't do. I think he did what most of us would want to do, even if we lacked the cojones to do it.

Coming from a Latino family, I can tell you that in our family not only would the bastard have to deal with this crazy Mexican mom but he'd be looking at a long line of people more than willing to exact justice on him; brothers, uncles, grandfathers, cousins and defintely, the dad. We are raised to take care of our own and I don't know that there is any rationale in the world that could prevent me from attacking the man who hurt my child with all my might and rage.

As a parent, a woman and a Latina I do not think this man went too far. He did exactly what the situation called for. Why should that piece of caca get to roam free and have a happy family life, while this girl was robbed of her innocence.

Nope. I think this father was perfectly justified in his actions and while I know murder is wrong, how many of us wouldn't be capable of killing someone who heinously and irreparably hurt the person we love the most in this world?
