Woman didn't know she was pregnant & gives birth during surgery

This gets filed under another "crazy 'I didn't know I was pregnant' stories." I guess it's a pleasant surprise when you visit the hospital for a possible kidney infection and end up with a newborn instead. Clare Evans visited a 24-hour surgery clinic complaining of intense pain in her abdomen and doctors believed she may have been suffering from a kidney infection. While going in for a GP surgery her water broke. I can imagine the doctor's face!

The 24-year-old mom gave birth to a healthy little girl named Erin Louise Roberts. She told the British media, "I was so shocked, I told them that I didn't know I was pregnant." Evans claims that she didn't experience any pregnancy symptoms like morning sickness and she didn't even have a baby bump. Now, I just don't know about this.

I understand if you mistake your bump for some extra chichos, but she must have felt some sort of weight gain. She carried the baby to full-term so there was definitely at least six extra pounds of body weight there.

"It was a surprise but I can't find words to say just how thrilled I am," she said, "I love motherhood, even though it was completely unexpected I wouldn't change it for the world." Some women would be thinking about ways to get rid of the baby, so I'm glad that she embracing this blessing and is open to being a mom. However, she is going to have to be way more aware of her body if she wants to maintain a healthy life!

You can't go around thinking you have a kidney infection when you're really pregnant! Didn't she realize her period was late? That should have been enough of a red flag. This is truly a miracle baby.
