Woman gives birth to a lizard & we're not even joking

pregnantI've heard some crazy birthing stories by many moms, but none of them compare to the bizarre tale I just heard today. A 31-year-old woman in Indonesia went into labor while she was eight months pregnant and had the assistance of a midwife to deliver her baby. Much to Debi Nubatonis and midwife Josephine Wadu's surprise, the mother of two did NOT give birth to a baby girl or boy.

Instead you will NEVER in a million years believe what this woman delivered! Even I can't figure out how it happened!

Are you ready to find out what she had? Instead of a healthy human baby, Nubatonis gave birth to a--wait for it--a lizard! I know you're just as confused as I am and its sent medical teams in Indonesia into a frenzy. Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Messe Ataupa, believes this "birth" is impossible. "It is clearly a nonsense to suggest that the woman gave birth to a lizard. There has never been a proven case of a living organism from one species giving birth to a different species, it just doesn't happen," he said.

lizardNeighbors find this bizarre and say the woman showed all signs of pregnany and the midwife clams the mom had been in labor. However locals in her hometown blame the lizard birth on witchcraft. They say that Nubatonis and her family practice black magic which is why the woman ended up giving birth to a lizard as opposed to a human.

Although some seem to believe this, others say its a hoax and that the mom was suffering from Pseudocyesis, also known as a "phantom pregnancy."

Those phantom pregnancies are no joke! Remember the one where the woman lied to her man and made him think she was having five babies? That was crazy, but this doesn't make sense! I've never heard of a human giving birth to another animal species. Perhaps her neighbors are right about witchcraft being involved, but if had that power I'd make sure I was giving birth to something better than a scaly lizard. Maybe wads of money...
