Woman confesses to stabbing mom on live TV & what the reporter did next will amaze you
I commend TV reporters for dealing with hecklers on a daily basis while broadcasting the news, but this one takes the cake. Tennessee based WLTV reporter Hilary Magacs was covering a story about a 61-year-old woman who was almost stabbed to death in her home. While speaking to a neighbor about the attack, the woman's daughter, Katie Nichols, suddenly appeared and confessed to the crime.
Talk about awkward and scary!

Magacs was talking to an unidentified neighbor who said that she was convinced that it was the victim's daughter who stabbed her because she was not emotionally stable. She even spotted Nichols running away with her daughter after the incident occurred and said she hoped she would return to make it easier for police to arrest her.
As if on cue, the loca daughter returned to the scene of the crime and confessed that she stabbed her mom because she had no other choice. "The satanic cult in this city has been casting satanic spells on me for three, four days," she told the reporter live on air. "I'm exhausted. I came home and found out my mom was the ringleader and was trying to kill my daughter."
Nichols' mother who hasn't been identified was found tied up, strangled, and stabbed in the neck, stomach, and chest with scissors and knives. She was rushed to the hospital for surgery, but Nichols is convinced she did the right thing.
"I had to kill her--she was going to kill both of us. She was so powerful, I had no idea--I had no idea that my mother was that powerful," she told Magacs. The reporter and her crew immediately contacted police and they came and arrested Nichols. She was charged with first degree murder and aggravated kidnapping.
