Safety recall: Graco pulls glider/rockers off their shelves!

Nooo, not another recall! It seems like it's so dangerous to be a mom or a child lately. Graco is recalling 38,000 of their glider/rockers because the bases crack making it unsafe for moms to sit in. What's scarier is that it's not one, but TWO models you should look out for!

If you're a mom with an infant this should most definitely concern you as the last thing you want is for your child to get injured. Please read on to learn which of Graco's glider/rockers are considered hazardous.

Graco is recalling its Avalon glider/rockers complete with ottoman, AND Complete Nursery Solution/ Katelyn Nursery Solution Glider Rockers. The Avalon rockers were sold between December 2009 and October 2012, while the Katelyn rockers were sold between November 2011 and October 2012.

It's frightening to know that the Avalon rockers have been around for that long and their faultiness is just being recognized. There was even a case of someone who received minor injuries after falling from an Avalon rocker that broke.

If you own either model, Graco is asking that you STOP using it and to call the Lajobi customer service at (888) 266-2848 or visit the Lajobi website for a free glider/ rocker repair kit.
