Can "the real George Zimmerman" please sit down and shut up already?
As if there weren't enough unnecessary dramatic antics surrounding Trayvon Martin's death, his shooter, George Zimmerman, has officially beat them all out with his latest move. The 28-year-old Latino recently set up a website that allows people to donate money to help pay for his lawyers and living expenses because of his "forced inability to maintain employment."
Um, WHAT? Is this guy for real?!
So far, Zimmerman has gotten off without any consequence, despite the fact that his careless shooting has caused fury around the world and led thousands to call for his immediate punishment. And now he wants people to fork over money so he can continue to live freely and take absolutely zero responsibility for the horrid actions that cost a teenager his life? Un-freaking-believable!

On his new website, entitled "The Real George Zimmerman," Zimmerman writes:
On Sunday February 26th, I was involved in a life altering event which led me to become the subject of intense media coverage. As a result of the incident and subsequent media coverage, I have been forced to leave my home, my school, my employer, my family and ultimately, my entire life.
Life-altering is right--remember-- you killed someone? Zimmerman is also using the site to thank his "supporters" for their patience. "I assure you," he writes, "The facts will come to light." Riiight. Seriously, how can this guy actually expect us to feel bad for him? And why couldn't he just continue keeping his mouth shut until the investigation is over?

And now it looks like even Zimmerman's own legal counsel thinks his actions are ridiculous, since his attorneys just announced that they are quitting his case because he has "disappeared" and rebuffed their legal advice.
Well, Zimmerman better hire new lawyers because the truth might be revealed sooner than he thinks. The U.N just announced that the organization will be launching an immediate investigation into the case. Hopefully, their help will be enough to finally bring Martin's family (the actual victims in this incident) the justice they deserve.
