Joe Arpaio's inquiry into Obama's birth certificate is the best internet time waster ever

Just to get this out of the way, I am a Barack Obama supporter. And by supporter, I don't just mean I voted for him, I mean I believe in the man and his mission.

So it should come as no surprise that I was SUPER annoyed by this new inquiry by Arizona troublemaker sheriff Joe Arpaio into Obama's birth certificate. Even though we should be way past this since the President produced his birth certificate long ago, Sheriff Jerk-face is now saying it was faked by the administration and he has launched a new investigation.

Clearly, in a week when kids were shot and killed in Ohio this is what we should be focused on--an already proven fact. Well done, Sheriff. I'm sure this has nothing to do with the federal investigation of your abuse of power or the Justice Department accusations of racial profiling.

Anyway, in typical Obama fashion, they let the Sheriff know what they thought of his inquire on Facebook, which lead to a really enjoyable discovery on my part--The Pres has upgraded to the Facebook Timeline!

In response to the new inquiry, the Obama team posted a photo of the President's birth certificate on his Facebook page. Granted, the photo was of the birth certificate on a coffee mug but it is there, for all the world to see. (As a side note, I do understand that moves like this are why people think that Obama is arrogant but I find it incredibly charming.)

As I was looking at the birth certificate coffee cup, I ended up taking a tour of the President's timeline. There are some really amazing photos there. Obama at his daughter's soccer game, Obama working, Obama clearly loving his wife, Obama playing basketball. It was the best reminder I could have had of why I believe in the man. Thanks, Sheriff!

It was also super clear why the Republican's are reopening this birth certificate crap again--they have nothing else to stand on.
