New Windows 8 software is perfect for busy moms

PC lovers have a reason to rejoice! Microsoft recently released a sneak-peek of the new Windows 8, which was first previewed in September. And even more good news? The program's smart, easy-to-use features make it the perfect software for busy career moms.

If you're constantly trying to keep your phone or laptop away from your kids, Microsoft 8 has a cool trick that will help you do just that.  While logging in, users have the option of using a picture password--instead of the standard typed password--that allows them to draw an image of their choice on the touch-screen. Perfect for ensuring that your kids won't accidentally delete an important business email just because they figured out your password (come on, 9 times out of 10, it's just their name anyway!).

On the other hand, if you don't mind letting your children loose on your computer, the software does have a colorful and kid-friendly layout. Instead of standard icons, it has touchable tiles which users can use to switch easily from app to app.  Microsoft will supply a set of apps that are useful for both business and entertainment purposes- like program which contains all your email accounts (Gmail, Exchange, etc.) and contacts in one place, as well as music and video apps that will let you listen to your favorite tunes and rent or buy movies.

And if you're one of those photo-happy moms who likes to document family moments with a camera, Microsoft 8 also features a photo app that brings in all the albums you might have scattered all over the web, like on Facebook, Flickr and SkyDrive.
